Kiri has been at Pizzaiolo tempting you with croissants, panna cottas, and ice creams since 2008. Berkeley born and raised, she has been baking since childhood but didn't realize she could actually make desserts for a living until after college, when she apprenticed in wedding cakes and later worked at Rick & Ann's. Her training at Oliveto taught her about local fruit and fine dining, and informs her simple, seasonal desserts today. She hopes her sweets provide a welcome start to the day, or a perfect ending to a great meal.
