With over 20 years experience, Todd McKean has worked all over the Bay Area in every facet of the hospitality industry. He got his start in the kitchen working with food at culinary school, and opened a successful catering company after graduating. Four years at Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars in Napa taught him the ins and outs of the wine industry. After moving to the front of the house, Todd learned he had a passion for the bar—he was able to take his culinary knowledge and apply it to building innovative and well-balanced seasonal cocktails. He and his staff take advantage of bountiful local produce to create delicious cocktails to be paired with the ever-changing seasonal menu. When not at Pizzaiolo he can be found at his home away from home, AT&T Park, watching the Giants.
